About The Role

The Partner Integration Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role is responsible for managing the integration of a portfolio of lateral and internally promoted partners, ensuring each partner has the resources, guidance, and support needed to become a fully engaged and productive member of the partnership as quickly and effectively as possible. The Manager will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and across business services teams involved in partner integration. By leveraging these relationships, the Manager will help ensure that resources are deployed efficiently and effectively to support each partner’s successful transition and long-term success. This role will be based in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised one-on-one support for each partner in the Manager’s portfolio to help foster their success at the firm, including by connecting them with available resources and services to facilitate their successful integration into the partnership
  • Coordinating with members of the Partner Recruiting team to ensure that the recruitment process for each prospective lateral partner is informed by integration considerations, and that the integration strategy for each lateral partner is informed by information gathered during the recruitment process
  • Collaborating with the relevant individuals to understand incoming lateral partners’ objectives, priorities, practice, industry focus, client base, and other considerations that will inform each partner’s long-term integration plan and participation in the firm’s Platform Integration Program; in collaboration with the Director and the other Partner Integration Managers, continuously evolving the integration process through discussions, feedback, and identifying and replicating best practices
  • Developing and executing a tailored integration strategy for each assigned partner, taking into account each partner’s practice, region, industry focus, and client base, and ensuring the strategy focuses on supporting each partner’s integration into the firm’s platform and into all aspects of Latham’s culture and community
  • Ensuring the strategy and efforts to support the integration of each partner remain on track and that new opportunities for further integration into the Latham platform are identified and realised

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
