Construction Partner – Manchester, Finchley or Reading
This position offers the autonomy to build and develop a Construction practice with the backing of an established Property and Commercial team, making it ideal for a Partner or ambitious Solicitor.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the firm’s Construction practice, advising on both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of construction contracts, including:
- Standard form agreements
- Bespoke construction contracts
- Professional appointments
- Warranties and security documentation
- Advise clients through construction disputes, including:
- Adjudication
- Arbitration
- Litigation
- Collaborate closely with the Property and Commercial teams to provide construction law expertise on:
- Development projects
- Real estate transactions
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the practice through:
- Business development
- Cross-referrals
