What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and originate mid-market M&A transactions with full commercial visibility
- Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
- Mentor and develop deal teams, ensuring excellence in process and delivery
- Play an active role in market engagement and strategic growth initiatives
What You’ll Bring

- Proven track record leading and originating UK mid-market M&A transactions (£20m–£100m EV typical)
- Background in a credible advisory environment – boutique, Big 4, or mid-tier firm
- ACA or equivalent qualification advantageous but not essential
- Entrepreneurial outlook and strong commercial judgement
