What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and originate mid-market M&A transactions with full commercial visibility
  • Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
  • Mentor and develop deal teams, ensuring excellence in process and delivery
  • Play an active role in market engagement and strategic growth initiatives

  • Proven track record leading and originating UK mid-market M&A transactions (£20m–£100m EV typical)
  • Background in a credible advisory environment – boutique, Big 4, or mid-tier firm
  • ACA or equivalent qualification advantageous but not essential
  • Entrepreneurial outlook and strong commercial judgement
