Description
As Partner Manager, you'll play a key role in growing our partner network, with a strong focus on winning new business while also helping existing partnerships thrive. Working across a broad range of sectors and brands, you'll spot commercial opportunities, build brilliant relationships and help shape partnerships that create more value for our members, partners and Virgin Red.
What you’ll be getting stuck into
- Build and grow relationships with both new and existing partners, with a strong focus on identifying and securing new commercial opportunities.
- Work across a broad portfolio of Virgin Group and third-party partners, flexing between different sectors, priorities and projects.
- Develop commercial proposals, business cases and recommendations that create value for partners, members and Virgin Red.
- Use data, customer insight and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve partner performance.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Data and Operations to bring partnerships to life.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing support on key decisions and strategic projects that help shape Virgin Red's partnership strategy.

What you’ll bring
- Significant experience in partner management, business development, commercial or account management roles.
- Experience building and managing commercial partnerships, with a track record of developing new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A commercially curious mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn insights into action.
- Experience working across multiple projects or business areas in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within loyalty or rewards would be a bonus, but it's by no means essential. We're open to people from a broad range of industries who bring strong partnership experience.

The essentials
- Salary: £55,000 - £67,000 + bonus — we’re big on transparency, so no smoke and mirrors here. We’ll always offer a salary that reflects your experience, with room to grow within the range.
- Where you’ll work: We come together in the office approx. 2 days a week — the rest is yours to work in your own space
- Role type: Contract (12 months)
