Who We Are

At Partnerize, we're on a mission to transform the way businesses grow. We've built the leading partnership automation platform that empowers brands to discover, engage, and convert their audiences at scale. From affiliate marketing to influencer collaborations, we help our clients build and manage profitable partnerships that drive real results. We're a team of passionate problem-solvers who are dedicated to helping our clients win in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.

Why Join Us

We're looking for passionate, talented people who want to be part of a winning team. At Partnerize, you'll find a culture of collaboration, innovation, and respect. We're guided by our core values, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can do their best work. We also offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, and a flexible work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. If you're ready to grow your career and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're all about (and what you'll be part of):

At Partnerize, we've built a clever software platform and offer some pretty expert service to help the world's leading brands make real revenue through their partnerships. Our goal? To turn those partnerships into a genuine profit center for them.

Think of it like this: the whole partnership and affiliate channel really gets going thanks to brilliant connections between brands and folks who own websites or are awesome influencers. As a Partner Manager, you'll be right at the heart of making these connections happen. You'll be the one finding them, bringing them on board, and nurturing those partnerships.

Because these partnerships are super important for a brand's success in this space, you'll be working arm-in-arm with our Account Strategists team. Together, you'll make sure our brands get world-class service and hit their channel goals.

To really shine in this role, you'll need to be a fantastic communicator and a dab hand at project management. Oh, and a genuine desire to learn is always a bonus! You'll also find deep satisfaction in seeing your customers totally succeed, because honestly, their wins are your wins.

Just a heads-up: This is a hybrid role, so you'll be spending 2 days a week in our London office. It's also a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, and we're looking for someone to kick things off around July 1st.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
