We're seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Partner Manager to drive the growth of brand marketing investments in our Branded Gift Cards category across Europe.

With over 200 global brands including Apple, Google, Netflix, Airbnb, Disney+, TikTok, and Uber across six European countries, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow brand engagement and investment through deals and paid search initiatives.

To achieve this, you will work closely with internal and external partners — including suppliers, brand managers, and cross-functional Amazon teams — using commercial acumen and analytical skills to grow investment volumes, expand deal participation, and deliver measurable returns.

You'll balance strategic brand investment planning with operational excellence, ensuring every major deal event drives maximum customer demand while delivering strong ROI for brand partners across the EU region.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deals Strategy & Execution: Source, plan, and deliver deal events across EU marketplaces — coordinating brand participation, setting quality standards, and managing event readiness.

  • Brand Outreach: Drive brand engagement through webinars, summit participation, and business review meetings to align on investment plans and marketing priorities.

  • Deals Expansion: Test and scale new deal initiatives and events to unlock new customer segments.

  • Sponsored Advertising: Coordinate with Amazon Ads to grow paid search investment, ensuring campaigns are optimized and supported by reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
