What you'll be doing:
As Commvault Partner Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of Iomart Group’s most strategic technology partnerships, playing a key role in driving growth across our cyber resilience and data protection portfolio. Working within Oriium, our specialist cyber resilience brand, you’ll act as the central point of coordination between Commvault and the wider business, ensuring the partnership delivers both commercial success and strong customer outcomes.
In this role you'll:
- Lead and develop the Commvault partnership, driving alignment with Iomart Group’s wider go-to-market strategy and growth ambitions
- Own the day-to-day relationship with Commvault, building strong, credible connections with key stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact
- Drive partner-led revenue growth, developing pipeline through co-sell activity, joint opportunities and targeted account engagement
- Build and execute joint go-to-market plans, including campaigns, events and strategic initiatives to increase market presence and demand
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Product and Services teams to develop compelling propositions and deliver successful customer outcomes
- Enable internal teams, creating sales plays, delivering training and ensuring teams are equipped to position and sell Commvault-aligned solutions effectively
- Act as an internal advocate for the partnership, ensuring Commvault capabilities are embedded across our cloud, security and managed services portfolio
- Oversee partnership performance and governance, including pipeline tracking, reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), MDF activity and growth planning
- Identify and unlock new opportunities, continuously evolving the partnership to support the expansion of our cyber resilience and data protection offerings

We want to hear from you if you:
- You have experience in a Partner, Alliance, Vendor, or Go-To-Market role within the technology sector, ideally working with Commvault or similar data protection vendors.
- You have a strong understanding of backup, cyber resilience, SaaS, cloud, or managed services solutions.
- You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline development through strategic partnerships.
- You’re commercially minded and comfortable working across both strategic planning and operational execution.
- You’re confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders across sales, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- You’re organised, proactive, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by helping build and scale strategic partnerships.
