Partner Manager – Europe
Purpose of the Role The Partner Manager – Europe develops, enables, and expands Amino’s strategic partner ecosystem across the region. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic technology partners, systems integrators, distributors, Content Management System (CMS) providers, and ecosystem partners that directly support Amino’s Enterprise Video and Digital Signage growth strategy.
Operating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Support, the position generates partner-led opportunities, expands Amino’s footprint in key vertical markets, and accelerates revenue growth through deep ecosystem collaboration.
Accountable for developing and enabling strategic partnerships that accelerate Amino’s enterprise video and digital signage growth across Europe through ecosystem collaboration, partner-led opportunity generation, and vertical market expansion.
Key Accountabilities • Partner Development - Identify, recruit, onboard, enable, and manage strategic partners including technology providers, systems integrators, distributors, CMS providers, and other ecosystem partners. • Business Growth - Generate partner-led sales opportunities, support pipeline growth, and increase partner-influenced revenue through joint business plans and GTM initiatives. • Target Markets - Expand Amino’s presence in Healthcare, Sports Betting, Hospitality, Retail, Enterprise Communications, and Venue & Entertainment. • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align partner activities with business goals. • Marketing & GTM - Develop partner training, co-branded campaigns, events, content, and scalable solutions that support market growth. • Market Intelligence - Track competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights. • Key Skills & Experience - Experience building partner ecosystems in technology, digital signage, enterprise video, AV, networking, SaaS, or related industries. Strong relationship-building, GTM planning, and channel management skills.

Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, Communications, or a related field of study.
