OPEN TO APPLICANTS ACROSS EUROPE
Kallipr is a global telemetry technology company that helps water and wastewater operators around the world monitor and manage the networks their communities depend on. We design and manufacture our own rugged remote monitoring hardware and run the platform behind it, purpose-built for flood, sewer, stormwater, rainfall, weather and metering. Having won our first European tenders on the strength of that product, we are building the channel to scale across the region, and we want an experienced telemetry professional to lead it.
About Kallipr
Our edge devices run on networks across the globe, from dense metropolitan systems to remote catchments, in the places infrastructure telemetry usually struggles: underground, submerged, corrosive and off-grid, on multi-year battery life and flexible connectivity. Data feeds straight into Kallipr Kloud, our platform for alarms, device health, remote configuration and enterprise integration. Because we own the hardware, firmware and platform end to end, we control how the whole system behaves in the field. That is why our kit survives the use case rather than just meeting a spec sheet, and it is a large part of why we win.
Why now
We have grown in Europe by winning large tenders on the strength of the product, without a channel behind us. The demand is real, and Europe is now a core market for our expansion. This is a rare combination: a genuinely greenfield region and a product that is already winning. You get the blank canvas without the usual risk of an unproven offer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the role
This is a build-the-region role, not a manage-what-exists one. Reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will own Kallipr’s channel across the UK and Europe end to end: which markets we enter, which distributors and resellers we sign, and how fast we scale. You will recruit partners, get them selling and supporting Kallipr independently, and turn our early tender wins into a repeatable, partner-led growth engine.
We are open on level. Depending on what you have done before, this is a Partner Manager or a Head of Partnerships role.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify, target and sign distributors and resellers across the UK and Europe, prioritising partners with real reach into water and wastewater teams.
- Build the regional channel plan from scratch: which markets to enter, in what order, and with which partners.
- Onboard and train partners on Kallipr so they can sell and support the product independently.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, working shoulder to shoulder with partners on their key opportunities, trials and tenders through to full deployment.
- Represent Kallipr at European industry events and build our name in the region.
- Feed what you learn in-market back to our Australian product and leadership teams to shape where we go next.
What you’ll need
- A track record in channel or partner management in telemetry, remote monitoring, IoT or industrial instrumentation, and a network of relevant European partners you can bring with you.
- Real experience recruiting and scaling distributors and resellers, not simply managing an inherited base.
- A feel for the water, environmental or infrastructure monitoring sector and its long, technical, tender-driven buying cycles.
- The temperament for a scale-up: happy building without a large support structure, and creating the process as you go.
- Based in the UK or the EU, with the right to work in your location and the ability to work remotely.
- Fluent English; a second European language is a real advantage across multiple markets.
- Willingness to travel across Europe, and occasionally to Australia.

What’s on offer
- A competitive package: a base salary plus a performance incentive tied to the partner growth you create, with the level reflecting your experience.
- The rare chance to own a region and build it your way, with the backing of a proven product and a global team behind you.
- A direct line to the leadership making the decisions, rather than layers of management between you and the strategy.
- Work that matters: helping the people who protect communities from floods, sewer overflows and water loss do their jobs better.
