This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing cyber security business where you'll play a key role in building valuable relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

About the Role

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partner relationships to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term commercial success.

The Partner Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience while achieving revenue and growth targets.

Depending on business priorities, the role may focus on acquiring new partners, expanding existing partnerships, or driving retention and growth across the partner portfolio.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing and prospective partner relationships.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation and opportunity progression.
  • Manage commercial discussions and negotiations with partners where required.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement plans to maximise commercial outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
