Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to elevate collaborations with suppliers, sponsors, and strategic allies for Williams Racing. In this role, you will shape partnership strategies, negotiate terms, manage performance dashboards, and drive value across commercial, marketing, and hospitality channels. Based in Wantage, Oxfordshire, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner activation aligns with racing objectives, brand standards, and the fan experience. The ideal candidate will blend business pragmatism with a passion for motorsport and a pro-active, results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, suppliers, and sponsors, ensuring alignment with Williams Racing’s commercial goals.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews, safeguarding value for both Williams and partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Operations to activate partnerships across hospitality, digital, and experiential channels.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, ROI, and contractual obligations, delivering timely insights to leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities, cross-sell products and services, and broaden partner ecosystems.
- Represent Williams Racing in external forums, conferences, and potential partner pitches with professionalism and credibility.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or supplier relationships within a high-performance environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and delivering measurable value.
- Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partner commitments and attend events.
- Understanding of motorsport sponsorship landscape and hospitality processes is advantageous.
