About The Role

Uber Advertising is building the future of retail and commerce media, helping brands connect with consumers through one of the world's largest mobility and delivery platforms. We are looking for a commercially minded, client-focused Partner Manager to support and grow strategic Retail advertising partnerships across the Uber ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of account management, campaign strategy, and commercial growth, working closely with some of the largest enterprise advertisers and agency partners in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with ad sales teams to develop and execute advertising strategies that deliver against Retail partners' business objectives and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key marketing stakeholders, brand teams, and agency partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, identifying opportunities, and recommending data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including campaign launches, optimisation, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and proactively resolve issues while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable insights and performance recommendations to drive campaign success and increased advertiser investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Insights & Measurement, and Support teams.
  • Support the development of best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes across the Ads organisation.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing market feedback and product insights with internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience within digital advertising, retail media, ad-tech, or enterprise account management.
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise advertising accounts and complex campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance and brand marketing channels, advertising solutions, and campaign measurement metrics.
  • Experience working with large advertisers, retail brands, and agency partners.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders through insights.
  • Commercially driven with strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
