What does a regional Partner Marketing Associate do at Lucky Egg?

Owner and executor of the Partner team’s TikTok Shop affiliate strategy for the UK, EU or North America. Last year, our marketing team achieved 850M views on socials. This year we’re aiming for more than double that. It’s critical that views convert to sales, and you’ll work with the Marketplace team to ensure internal monthly revenue targets are hit on both TikTok Shop and Amazon. You’ll be the key stakeholder in determining focus SKUs, overseeing impactful monthly product launches, defining promotions and motivating a creator community. The existing strategy for seeding product and commissioning content at scale is strong. With the support of administrative team assistants, you’ll take ownership of these core systems and their execution in your region. You’ll need to identify weaknesses and opportunities within current initiatives. It's also expected that you will identify, test and roll out new strategies on a monthly basis. You’ll manage administrative assistants, ensuring high sample distribution, consistent creator participation and accelerated monthly product launches. Your job is to test and validate strategies internally and then delegate. Your work will generate large-scale visibility for our games on TikTok. The strategic opportunities you choose to invest your time and resources into are up for you to determine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
