Partner Marketing Manager
BNB Chain is making mass blockchain adoption a reality as a community-first and open-source ecosystem built on the principles of permissionlessness and decentralization. By contributing to the development of the infrastructure and supporting the community, BNB Chain is on the mission to help onboard a billion new users to Web3.
If you want to contribute to building the Web3 ecosystem while working in a collaborative and dedicated team that is enabling some of the most exciting innovations of our era, join us as we pave the way for blockchain to change the world for the better.
You'll be the connective tissue between BNB Chain and its strategic ecosystem partners — from leading DeFi protocols and RWA issuers to gaming studios, infrastructure providers, and institutional players. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role: you'll architect joint go-to-market campaigns, translate complex technical integrations into compelling narratives, and ensure that partner wins become BNB Chain wins — and vice versa. This isn't a coordination role. You'll come with strong opinions, sharp writing, and the ability to drive campaigns end-to-end across channels. If you're energized by the intersection of relationships, storytelling, and ecosystem growth in crypto, this is the role for you. \n
Responsibilities Own Strategic Partner Relationships Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for BNB Chain's top ecosystem partners — DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, wallets, and institutional integrations Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner marketing and growth teams, aligning on shared objectives and joint KPIs Deeply understand partner products and audiences to craft narratives that resonate across the BNB Chain ecosystem and beyond Drive Partner GTM from Ideation to Execution Design and execute co-marketing programs across social, events, newsletters, AMAs, and thought leadership — proactively bringing campaign ideas to the table, not just responding to inbound requests Translate technical integrations and product launches into clear, differentiated value propositions for developers, traders, builders, and mainstream users Coordinate across internal teams (BD, content, social media, events, design, PR) and external partner stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on message Create Category-Defining Content Produce partner case studies, co-authored op-eds, launch announcements, and educational materials that establish BNB Chain as the home of builders Write and edit copy across formats — social threads, long-form posts, press releases, one-pagers — with precision and voice Develop sales enablement and co-marketing assets that empower partners to represent BNB Chain credibly in their own channels Measure and Optimize Define success metrics for every partner campaign and track performance rigorously Surface data-driven insights on ecosystem activity to identify the most compelling partner stories and highest-impact opportunities Report on partner marketing impact with clarity to internal stakeholders and leadership

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
