EMEA Regional Partner Marketing Manager – Scale Solution Providers & System Integrators
With a vision to "Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale! The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experiences across all partner segments.
In this role, Regional Partner Marketing Manager, you will engage with key Global & Regional Scale Solution Providers and System Integrators CSP partners in EMEA region driving partner-focused learning and strategic alignment across solutions by analyzing data, engaging executives, and shaping solution strategies and content roadmaps. It ensures partner and channel readiness for new offerings; designs localized experiences and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives and maintain trusted relationships.
It also identifies growth opportunities, manages success metrics, and leads cross-functional teams to market products effectively. The position provides specialist feedback to optimize workflows, drives account mapping for co-sell priorities, and influences partners and internal teams toward shared business objectives.
In this role you will work closely with the EMEA Partner Marketing leadership and Partner Marketing Managers to provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft Solution Areas and to drive activation across the partner channel through planning and ongoing execution support. This will include providing insights and engagement into key business reporting cycles to represent the impact driven through the teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive joint partner marketing plans that deliver opportunities for mainstream solution plays within the customer segment.
- Represent the Microsoft brand, MCAPS business objectives, and solution plays, providing partner-facing, in-region marketing coverage as the Microsoft Subject Matter Specialist in integrated marketing execution.
- Manage Microsoft through-partner marketing investments, ensuring alignment and driving utilization of channel investments to achieve tangible outcomes for partner execution. Build partner marketing capabilities focused on Microsoft opportunities.
- Ensure that measurement KPIs and OKRs are in place to track the impact on sales pipeline and Microsoft Cloud revenue generated from joint solution sales, campaigns, or offers. Maintain effective budget management practices and maximize ROI for all marketing funds invested.
- Leverage partner regional investments to develop a set of globally scalable GTM programmes that optimise partner impact at the Microsoft subsidiary level. Collaborate with subsidiary Partner Marketing Managers to align on partner selection and GTM execution.
- Design partner experiences: Create localized, end-to-end experiences (digital, events, demos) to build capabilities and advantages.
- Lead cross-functional alignment: Integrate partners into internal workstreams, manage escalations, and connect opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Build executive relationships: Own senior-level partner engagement, influence decision makers, and address capability gaps to drive mutual growth.
- Map accounts & drive demand: Align sales plays with co-sell priorities, generate pipeline, maximize Partner Programs usage to accelerate opportunities and foster partner-to-partner collaboration.
- Drive cross team engagement and solution alignment using subject matter expertise.

Qualifications
- Substantial experience in a customer and/or partner-facing role, optimally engaging with a variety of audiences including customers, partners, strategy, marketing, or business development teams
- Established experience working directly with partner ecosystems, with the ability to provide valuable business and technical guidance and secure commitment to business solutions
- Vast technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and the work that partners do to develop, build upon, and extend cloud solutions
- Demonstrated capabilities in revenue-based marketing and experience in driving outcomes through or with partners and alliances. Results-driven and organised approach, with the ability to develop and deliver scalable plans from concept to implementation, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple projects to achieve measurable results. Periodic travel required (up to 25%).
- Proven success working in highly matrixed and constantly evolving environments, leading programme virtual teams or workstreams aligned to shared goals and performance metrics. Ability to collaborate cross-team in ambiguous and changing settings, displaying sound listening and partnering skills.
- Passionate, results-oriented, and organised, with a keen attention to detail. A self-starter capable of creating and delivering scalable plans from concept to execution, prioritising and managing multiple projects to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in engagement, including storytelling skills and a passion for delivering outstanding partner experiences. Ability to advocate for partners, create engagements, and understand the connection between partner experience and business success.
- Executive relations skills, with the confidence to interact with executive leaders in a highly matrixed organisation. Capable of presenting, defending, or clarifying concerns or issues regarding projects, programmes, or solutions, handling high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and the partner ecosystem involved in developing, enhancing, and extending service offerings and cloud solutions. Ability to communicate the value of Microsoft cloud services to both business and technical decision-makers.
