We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help strengthen Seco's strategic partner ecosystem and accelerate joint growth opportunities around the world.
Your new team
You’ll be part of our Marketing Activation team – a group that translates strategic marketing initiatives into action by designing the right approaches and tactics to engage defined audiences. We combine digital expertise, compelling content creation, seamless campaign execution, and channel optimization to deliver business impact. Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, we ensure every activity is business-aligned, data-driven, and customer-focused.
About The Job
In this role, you'll be responsible for activating and growing marketing partnerships across Seco's strategic technology ecosystem. This includes machine tool builders, CAM and software providers, manufacturing technology partners, and other strategic collaborators that help shape the future of manufacturing.

You will:
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic technology partners.
- Identify and drive co-marketing opportunities across campaigns, events, launches, content, and customer engagement programs.
- Build strong relationships with partners and business development teams.
- Coordinate joint messaging and value propositions that clearly articulate the combined customer value of our partnerships.
- Support the development of customer reference stories, case studies, thought leadership, and solution-focused content.
- Track performance of partner marketing activities and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
- Manage marketing investments and co-funded activities where applicable.
Your profile
You have experience in partner marketing or ecosystem marketing within a B2B environment. Ideally, you've worked with technology partners, software providers, machine tool builders, automation companies, industrial equipment manufacturers, or similar organizations.
You understand how to bring multiple stakeholders together around a shared opportunity and can translate strategic partnerships into practical marketing programs that deliver results.
