Partner Marketing Manager, Alliances & Channels, EMEA
📍 Location: London or Dublin
🏢 Hybrid: 2 to 3 days per week in the office
📅 Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
⏰ Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Algomarketing is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to support the EMEA Alliances & Channels team within a global enterprise SaaS organisation.
This role will focus on building scalable partner marketing programmes for a broad ecosystem of partners, including boutique agencies and regional systems integrators. You will create repeatable frameworks, structured partner journeys and self-service resources that enable hundreds of partner organisations to successfully execute joint marketing activity and progress through clearly defined programme tiers.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and continuously develop the EMEA scaled partner marketing programme
- Build tiered partner journeys with clear milestones and progression criteria
- Develop scalable Campaigns in a Box, turnkey campaigns and partner marketing playbooks
- Create self-service campaign kits, messaging guides, event toolkits and enablement assets
- Build repeatable MDF programmes, governance processes and funding frameworks
- Partner with Partner Development Managers to identify organisations ready for increased support and investment
- Measure performance across engagement, campaign adoption, pipeline contribution, funding utilisation and programme progression
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and simplify the partner experience
- Collaborate across Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, Partner Development and Marketing Operations
- Use AI tools to improve programme speed, quality, efficiency and scalability

What we’re looking for:
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of experience in partner marketing or a closely related discipline
- Experience managing programmes across a broad partner ecosystem, rather than a small number of strategic accounts
- Proven experience building scalable marketing programmes with maturity stages, milestones or funding gates
- Experience creating self-service partner marketing resources and turnkey campaigns
- Experience managing MDF, partner funding or co-marketing investments
- Strong programme management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, ownership-led approach and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to improve programme performance
- Excellent written communication skills and experience producing partner-facing content
- Confidence balancing strategic programme development with hands-on operational execution
- Comfort using AI tools as a core part of daily work

- B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, platform ecosystems or systems integrators
- Partner enablement, ecosystem or community-led growth environments
- Tools such as Highspot, Asana, Salesforce, Splash, Hubble or Crossbeam
- Building scalable systems, processes and repeatable programmes
- Automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
