Team: Partner Marketing

About The Job

At Nscale, our Marketing team plays a critical role in driving the adoption and engagement of our sovereign AI cloud platform. We take a data-centric approach to connecting with our core audience, ensuring their needs are understood and reflected in our marketing strategies. We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you’ll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and join us in building the technology that powers the future.

About The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone looking to grow in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company.

This role will support the operational engine behind Nscale’s growing partner ecosystem. Working closely with our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will translate high-level partner strategies into flawlessly executed campaigns — collaborating cross-functionally across project kick-offs through to MDF final reporting. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Market Development Funds (MDF) tracking and campaign execution, ensuring every partner dollar is optimised across the ecosystem.

This role is well suited to someone with strong organisational skills who collaborates across functions, manages multiple work-streams and thrives on finding ways to optimise operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take strategic partner marketing plans and collaborates across functions to deliver on partner marketing plans - including webinars, social inclusion, events, co-branded collateral, and digital campaigns.
  • Serve as the operational backbone of Nscale's partner operations, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned and commitments on track.
  • Coordinate internally with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to secure the resources needed to deliver on partner marketing commitments.
  • Own the full MDF lifecycle: allocation, approval, tracking, Proof of Performance (PoP) documentation, and claims processing in partnership with Finance.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards that track lead generation, pipeline attribution, and ROI for every co-marketing dollar spent.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly wrap-ups on fund utilisation and campaign health to internal leadership and partner stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Need To See

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or programme management — ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing partner marketing funds, compliance workflows, and financial tracking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a genuine love for using project management tools (Notion, Google Workspace, or similar) to keep complex, multi-stakeholder work moving.
  • Strong relationship-building skills — you're equally comfortable navigating internal finance teams as you are external partner managers.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to determine what's actually driving pipeline.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience building repeatable campaign execution playbooks that have meaningfully cut time-to-market.
  • A track record of 100% MDF utilisation — proactive tracking that eliminates wasted or lapsed partner funds.
  • Commercially minded, not just operationally minded — you think about revenue impact, not just process.
  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling tech environment where you've had to build structure from scratch.

We have some of the world's most forward-thinking and dedicated people working for us. If you're a natural organiser with a bias for action, we want to hear from you!
