An established and ambitious UK law firm is seeking entrepreneurial Partners across a broad range of practice areas. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing your own client relationships and practice.
- Advising clients on complex legal matters within your area of expertise.
- Working collaboratively with Partners across multiple disciplines to develop cross-referral opportunities.
- Mentoring and developing junior lawyers and contributing to the growth of your team.
- Playing a key role in business development and the continued expansion of the firm.
- Helping shape the strategic direction of your practice and the wider business.
What We're Looking For
- An established Partner or senior legal professional ready to step into Partnership.
- A strong reputation within your chosen practice area.
- Demonstrable business development experience and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in contributing to a growing business.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to work alongside like-minded professionals.
- A portable client following is welcomed but is not essential for every opportunity, depending on your practice area.
