What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing your own client relationships and practice.
  • Advising clients on complex legal matters within your area of expertise.
  • Working collaboratively with Partners across multiple disciplines to develop cross-referral opportunities.
  • Mentoring and developing junior lawyers and contributing to the growth of your team.
  • Playing a key role in business development and the continued expansion of the firm.
  • Helping shape the strategic direction of your practice and the wider business.

What We're Looking For

  • An established Partner or senior legal professional ready to step into Partnership.
  • A strong reputation within your chosen practice area.
  • Demonstrable business development experience and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in contributing to a growing business.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to work alongside like-minded professionals.
  • A portable client following is welcomed but is not essential for every opportunity, depending on your practice area.
