- đ„ Why This Role Is SO Important: Weâre looking for a Partner Onboarding Coordinator to join our Partner Success Team and help newly signed partners get off to the strongest possible start. This role is all about building confidence early in the partner journey through training, webinars, onboarding support, and smart use of tools and messaging.
The Partner Onboarding Coordinator is the go-to person for helping new partners onboard onto Breathe HR, supporting them as they learn the software, start selling to their client base, and look for new business and upsell opportunities across Breathe HR product add-on modules. Youâll also play an important role in keeping our onboarding assets, workflows, and tools accurate, effective, and up to date.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Driving Partner Onboarding: Onboarding and training new partners through until they sign their first client, helping to increase team and company revenue.
- Reducing Time to Value: Continuously improving the onboarding experience so partners can realise value faster and build confidence earlier in their journey.
- Delivering Engaging Training: Creating and presenting regular webinars, videos, and online training sessions that build engagement and help partners understand Breathe HR software and additional modules.
- Creating Seamless Partner Journeys: Developing outbound messaging that supports a smooth, automated partner onboarding journey.
- Being the First Point of Contact: Acting as first line support for questions about Breathe and our Partner channel via phone, email, and Intercom.
- Encouraging Early Progress: Supporting partners to complete their onboarding training within the first 30 days of signing their partner agreement.
- Helping Partners Win Early: Encouraging and supporting new partners to bring on their first client within the first 6 months of signing the partnership agreement.
- Building Product Confidence: Running online partner training sessions covering Breathe HR software, additional modules, and how partners can upsell these to their clients.
- Introducing Partner Set-Up: Helping new partners understand the mechanism of signing and setting up the system for their clients.
- Supporting Partner Promotion: Encouraging and supporting partners to promote Breathe HR to their clients using the tools available.
- Owning Database and Tool Management: Identifying and working to reduce the number of partners with zero clients, while helping ensure our systems and reporting support Partner Success.
- Maintaining Onboarding Assets: Developing and maintaining onboarding assets such as partner training materials and toolkits.
- Supporting the Wider Partner Team: Being the go-to person in the team to support the Partner New Business Manager and Partner SDRs in their work.
- Using AI and Chat Tools Well: Understanding how we can best use online chat and AI tools, including Intercom, to communicate, educate, and share updates from the product knowledge base with our partner base.
- Keeping Workflows Up to Date: Making sure all training and onboarding workflows stay current with the latest information.
- Ensuring Compliance: Maintaining awareness of and being compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.
