Partner Operation Specialist (B2B Sales)

Contract
Thames Valley Park, Reading

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading ICT and Telecommunications company. The team is experiencing rapid expansion, making it the perfect time to join.

We are currently hiring for two identical positions. Joining alongside a peer means you won't be onboarding alone, you will have a built-in support system to share the workload and navigate training together from day one.

What You Will Be Doing

  • B2B Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key enterprise accounts to drive revenue and profit growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage strategic and operational relationships with assigned customer sets, acting as the primary coordinator between them and internal departments.
  • Solution Delivery & Collaboration: Partner with channel partners and technical sales teams to design, present, and implement customized product solutions and business proposals.
  • Market Strategy & Analysis: Collect market intelligence, track competitors, and provide feedback to leadership to support business planning, branding, and product portfolio development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: B2B enterprise sales or account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong market landscape knowledge of ICT solutions (e.g., enterprise networking, security, or IT infrastructure vendors).
  • Sector Expertise: Familiarity with the UK market, specifically within the education, retail, or ISP (Internet Service Provider) sectors.
  • Network & Connections: Direct relationships with large system integrators.
  • Collaboration: Stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal product management, marketing, and channel teams.
  • Sales Model: Solid experience working within indirect or channel sales models.
  • Skills: Negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to meet clients across the UK, including London.
