Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Job Description

1. Role Purpose

The Partner Operations Coordinator owns the operational flow of execution data and communications across Partner Operations, ensuring that progress, risks, and actions are consistently captured, structured, and visible across the organisation.

This role is the communications and execution engine of the Amplifier Model, translating operational data into structured, decision-ready visibility for leadership through structured update cadence and AI-enabled workflows.

This role's structural advantage is its position at the centre of every active initiative simultaneously. The Coordinator works closely with the Partner Technology & Automation Lead to ensure that systems and automation translate into clear, timely, and actionable operational communications across Outlook, Teams and Partner Connect (Unifyr).

2. Key Responsibilities

Execution Tracking & Governance Cadence

  • Own execution tracking across Partner Operations initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, status, and next steps for every active initiative
  • Own maintenance of the Action Log and Decision Register in Asana, ensuring both are current and audit-ready ahead of every governance forum
  • Drive the weekly Partner Ops & Excellence Stand-Up and monthly Governance Review cadence, ensuring 100% of required stakeholder inputs are captured on time and in full
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to close gaps in inputs and adherence to cadence before they surface as missed updates

Operational Communications

  • Own publishing of operational communications (execution updates, not marketing comms) across:
    • Viva Engage / Viva Connections
    • Microsoft Outlook and Teams channels
    • Partner Connect (Unifyr)
  • Translate inputs into structured, concise, and action-oriented updates, including:
    • Progress updates
    • Risks and blockers
    • Required actions
  • Ensure consistency and standardisation of updates across all channels

Tooling & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure full adoption and consistent use of Asana as the system of record for initiative tracking across Partner Operations
  • Reduce reliance on ad hoc updates and manual coordination; propose and deliver a minimum of one workflow or communications improvement per quarter
  • Leverage AI tools to:
    • Summarise updates
    • Improve clarity and consistency of communications
    • Reduce manual effort in update consolidation
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and visibility of execution data, raising these to the Partner Technology & Automation Lead for evaluation and delivery
