Laundryheap is a fast-growing tech start-up transforming the laundry and dry cleaning industry, offering 24-hour pick-up, cleaning, and delivery across 11 global markets. We are looking for a Regional Associate to join our Partner Operations team in London. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality, supporting partner facilities, and driving operational improvements. Key Responsibilities On-site Audits & Visits Conduct regular audits and site visits across partner facilities Ensure compliance with operational standards and service quality Identify issues and implement corrective actions Partner Management Support onboarding and offboarding of partner facilities Provide hands-on training on systems, processes, and app usage Build strong relationships and support operational improvements Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs (complaints, reschedules, turnaround times) Analyse trends and investigate service issues Maintain audit documentation and deliver regular reports Present monthly performance summaries Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Account Management, Fleet, and Customer Ops Support order management, case resolution, and process improvements Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to quality standards Recommend and implement service improvements General Support Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc operational projects Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and travel across London Experience in operations/auditing (service, logistics, or similar) Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient with digital tools and mobile apps Preferred: Hindi/Urdu language skills Start-up or multi-market experience Laundry/dry cleaning industry experience Role Details Full-time (40 hours) On-site role across London (Rotational 5 days per week, including weekends) Why Join Us Be part of a fast-growing, international business where you’ll directly impact service quality, partner performance, and operational excellence.
