Blue Light Card. Individually great, together unstoppable

The Role and the Team

The Partnerships Team at Blue Light Card is going through an exciting period of growth, and this role is right at the heart of it.

We're building something exciting - a dedicated function focused on long-tail partner management at scale. You'll own a large portfolio of partners and be responsible for growing commercial performance across it. You'll set your own strategy, use data to decide where your time goes, and run targeted commercial initiatives to move partners up the value curve.

This is a role for someone who gets energized by working at volume and finding patterns in data. If you're at your best when you're prioritizing smartly across a large book, building scalable approaches, and driving commercial outcomes without being told where to look - this is the right environment for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, with revenue and retail media growth as your primary measures of success
  • Develop and continually evolve a category strategy using performance data, consumer insight, and market trends
  • Segment partners into opportunity buckets and determine the right commercial approach for each group
  • Use data to prioritize where your time has the greatest impact, balancing direct outreach with scalable initiatives across your wider portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to improve offer strength, commission rates, retail media investment, tracking, omnichannel capability, and partner engagement
  • Lead targeted commercial initiatives - for example, driving commission improvements across groups of partners, identifying brands with no retail media spend, or re-engaging partners with inconsistent investment
  • Work closely with the B2B and RevOps teams to produce regular, relevant partner comms
  • Take ownership of inbound new business opportunities in your area, from identification to close, and pass any leads outside your focus to the right colleague

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
