Private Client Practice Opportunity – High-Growth Leadership Role

This is a ready-built Private Client opportunity with immediate demand, requiring minimal onboarding time. You’ll take ownership of an established practice, leveraging a directly accessible client base of over 8,000 existing personal tax clients, unmet demand, and the backing to build and scale a team around you.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a high-performing Private Client practice
  • Converting internal relationships into long-term client engagements
  • Advising on complex wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
  • Collaborating with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated, high-value solutions
  • Scaling the team from day one, ensuring seamless growth

Who We’re Looking For

We seek a Private Client lawyer with:

  • Deep experience in HNW individual and family wealth planning
  • Influence and gravitas, capable of steering senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on Relationship Development ability, driving work through networking and trust-building
  • Proven leadership in either mentoring lawyers or scaling teams
