Real Estate Partner | Hybrid | Top Law Firm

We are working with a leading Top 50 UK law firm to identify an experienced Real Estate Partner to join a high-performing, full-service real estate team. If you are ready to take on a senior leadership role within a firm on an exciting growth trajectory, we would be delighted to speak with you.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine partnership opportunity within a well-regarded real estate department delivering complex, high-value work across both the public and private sectors. The team has established strength across:

  • Investor & Developer work
  • Real Estate Finance

As a Partner, you will bring leadership, business development capability, and technical excellence to a collaborative and ambitious team. The firm is on a clear trajectory towards becoming a Top 30 UK law firm, offering significant scope to grow your practice and profile.

Requirements

  • Partner-level experience in commercial real estate, gained at a large regional or City firm
  • Strong business development credentials. An existing client following is desirable but not essential.
  • Technically excellent with strong drafting ability
  • Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members
  • Experience in property management or development is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
