Role & Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for all our UK partner schools.
- Responsible for onboarding our new international schools, arranging training and demonstration.
- Assist in all enquires, providing prompt and explicit solutions, including technical support.
- Work closely with the Regional Operation Manager and Director.
- Maintain positive relationships with partner schools and identify their growth opportunity to enhance company’s long-term development.
- Provide up-to-date information about the industry and products to partners.
- Utilise all feedback provided to understand and improve our customer’s experience.
- Travel across the UK to build relationships face to face with key partners.

Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience or exposure in a client-facing environment with excellent relationship-building capability, preferably in education, sales or consulting industry.
- Confident to work independently and with the team. Be open and accepting of constructive feedback.
- Actively stay up to date with the educational trend and latest system’s functions.
- Gain strong momentum in business and personal growth.
- Be ambitious, self-motivated to build up a strong network with our partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a strong customer understanding and emotional intelligence.
- With working or living experience in the UK is a plus.
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English, Mandarin/ Cantonese-speaking as an added advantage.
