Role Description

The Partner (Revenue Share) will work in a full-time, remote capacity to identify, onboard, and manage clients seeking financial and business advisory services. This role involves sourcing and evaluating startups, SMEs, and MSMEs for Ekara financial intelligence services. Daily activities include client consultations, financial analysis, proposal preparation, and ongoing relationship management to drive business growth and shared revenue. The Partner is expected to maintain transparent communication, meet performance targets, and contribute to Ekara’s strategic expansion.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills for evaluating business feasibility, structuring deals, and managing financial documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, negotiate with financial institutions, and present advisory recommendations clearly.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in startups, SMEs, or MSMEs relationship management.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CA, CFA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting, using digital tools for collaboration, reporting, and client management.
