About the Role

** Title: Partner Sales Director (Quota-Carrying)**

WPP Enterprise Solutions is scaling its partner-led commercial capability across EMEA, hiring a quota-carrying Partner Sales Director to drive:

  • Joint pipeline and net-new revenue with two priority alliances: Braze and Google.
  • Alliance activation and enterprise sales, co-selling with:
    • Braze’s EMEA field teams (cross-channel customer engagement & lifecycle CRM).
    • Google’s partner & cloud teams (Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud, and Vertex AI-enabled data transformation).

Key Responsibilities

You’ll:

  • Own opportunities end-to-end (pipeline progression, close) against an annual quota.
  • Focus on partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, not solo hunting.
  • Coordinate phenomenal co-sell execution across EMEA (shared P&L, service motions, and expansion).

Core Duties:

  • Partner Relationships & Co-Sell Execution
    • Build senior relationships with Braze and Google EMEA teams to generate referrals.
    • Drive joint account planning, executive storytelling, and deal protection.
    • Ensure repeatable EMEA co-sell motion (QBRs, deal reviews, cadence).
  • Sale Cycles & Positioning
    • Lead deals from qualification → close (RFI/RFP, contractuals).
    • Align WPP’s delivery value to partners (Braze, Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud, Vertex AI).
  • Pipeline Management & Leadership
    • Advance net-new logo opportunities in priority verticals: (retail, financial services, travel/hospitality, consumer goods).
    • Leverage partner programmes for incentives, registration, and co-investment.
  • Playbook & Enablement
    • Standardize playbooks, collateral, and enablement tools for local teams.
  • Accountability & Collaboration
    • Partner with marketing on events/campaigns tied to named accounts.
    • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecasting.

Success Measures

  • Quota attainment in Braze & Google-influenced revenue.
  • Pipeline coverage (aim: ≥3x).
  • Partner-sourced deal flow (register, progress, convert).
  • Strategic joint coverage of 15+ priority accounts across partners.
  • Repeatable co-sell engine (playbooks, partner cadence, collateral).

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record closing £500k+ B2B deals (6–18 months) in a technology/enterprise-services environment.
  • Partner-led selling expertise (B2BSA, tech ecosystem, deal makers).
  • Technical commercial know-how of Braze (positioning, competitive dynamics) and Google Marketing Platform/Cloud.
  • Executive sales skills:
    • C-suite/VP stakeholder familiarity.
    • Technical → business outcome translation.
  • Disciplined pipeline discipline: (partner referrals, outreach, CRM hygiene, forecasting).
  • Prior experience in:
    • Systems integrator, digital/SUI agency, or consulting environments.
