Partner Sales Manager
The Partner Sales Manager works with our Braze GTM team, Delivery and Tech partners to drive mutually beneficial commercial outcomes for all parties. They build and maintain strong relationships with our Partner Leads and their GTM teams to foster a thriving Partner Community. Braze teams benefit from pipe generation, deal support and retention. Partners benefit from new opportunities and deal support. Customers and Prospects benefit from the delivery of best-in-class composable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with our GTM teams - AEs, AMs, BDRs - to identify opportunities to connect partners to support pipeline generation and winning deals with Partners attached
- Work with our Customer teams - AMs and CSMs - to identify opportunities for partners to help drive utilisation, growth and reduce churn risk on existing Braze customers. Connecting partners to ensure our customers are fully leveraging Braze and our composable solution
- Develop mutually agreed-upon, win-win Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with partners, outlining shared objectives, success measures, stakeholders, methods, and review cadences.
- Incorporate Growth Plans, Partner Marketing, Awareness & Enablement, Partner-Led Opportunities (PLO) and Customer Success objectives into JBPs where relevant.
- Work closely with marketing to develop an annual Partner Marketing Calendar - and engage partners to participate and sponsor Braze-owned events, Braze x Partner specific events, Industry events and sponsor Partner events.
- Possess a strong understanding of team territory, including existing customers, Target A & B accounts, and overlapping tech/services integrations via Crossbeam.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to their Sales Director on the Braze ecosystem within their territory.
- Coach AEs on Partner Engagement Best Practices, including where partners are incumbent in their prospects and which partners to engage for co-seller and co-delivery.
- Effectively engage senior stakeholders within our partner ecosystem, aligning with their priorities and the value partnering with Braze offers.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within our Partner Ecosystem to continue to grow and build our Partner Network
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our Partner Leads and contacts.
- Run account mapping, enablement and QBR sessions to understand where we have overlap with both Technology and Agency Partners

Who You Are
- You are passionate about Customer Engagement and want to work with the leading technology in this space.
- You have deep experience and a point of view to engage senior stakeholders across various organisations about martech architecture, solutions and the benefits of a composable approach.
- You love working with people and genuinely believe in the power of genuine relationships built on trust and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- You are a self-starter driven by success and make the most of every minute.
- You are highly organised and manage your time effectively.
- You can influence and ensure our GTM teams are staying on top of their accounts and following up.
- You have strong relationship-building skills and can bring an existing network within the space
- You have 5 or more years of experience working for a technology vendor in either a partner, vendor, agency or customer role
