Manager, Partner Sales – Regional Alliance Manager, EMEA
This Sr. Manager, Partner Sales – Regional Alliance Manager, EMEA will lead one of Adobe’s top Global Agency partnerships across EMEA, requiring a candidate with strong executive leadership who can build a high-performing, sales focused, GTM partnership that delivers successful outcomes aligned with Adobe’s GTM strategy. The candidate will drive the global agency relationship across EMEA, create mindshare for joint solutions and GTMs, and accelerate new business and develop new strategies across the expanding Adobe cross-cloud ecosystem.
The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership and relationship acumen across executive leadership teams and internal stakeholders, a capacity to strengthen current business while driving new market opportunities; the ability to align and bring together a regional team of cross functional stakeholders to support and grow the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the global alliance strategy into a regional EMEA business plan, aligned to Adobe’s GTM priorities, and drive execution across priority EMEA markets and industries. The areas of focus will include:
- Tailor the global vision, strategy, and execution plan for EMEA to drive growth
- Implement and lead programs for originating, progressing, and winning joint strategic opportunities across the region
- Promote and localize joint solutions to meet EMEA market needs, focusing on customer value and enhancing Adobe’s position in the marketplace
- Develop and foster deep regional executive relationships with the alliance and align those stakeholders with Adobe EMEA leadership
- Establish and run regional governance cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, executive checkpoints) for the business plan through the implementation of strong alliance processes and governance
- Drive Adobe/alliance Balanced Scorecard KPIs (partner created pipeline, bookings, practice growth, customer success, to name a few) through reporting and strong governance of the alliance
- Drive field engagement models that optimize both market share and revenue generation by fostering a high-performing, collaborative ecosystem across Adobe and partner teams
- Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence as the primary point of contact for the alliance in EMEA
- Support the development of partner capabilities and practices within the region

More About You
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or partner sales roles
- Proven track record of driving regional revenue growth in EMEA through strategic partnerships
- Previous experience working with or knowledge of global agencies
- Ability to influence a matrixed organization across multiple geographies
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with global teams while executing regionally
- Proven track record of leading activities related to establishing and growing business
- Based in the United Kingdom
