WHO WE ARE

The ASU+GSV Summit

Now in its 18th year, the ASU+GSV Summit is the world’s most important and impactful gathering of leaders across “PreK to Gray” education and workforce learning. The annual event is held in April in San Diego, where, in 2026, over 7,000 registrants gathered to address the transformation of learning and skills delivery leveraging key developments in technology including generative artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and many other solutions.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Partner Services Manager to join our team at the ASU+GSV Summit. This is a relationship role at its core. You'll own the partner experience from signed contract through post-Summit recap — making sure every commitment we make gets delivered, every asset lands on time, and every partner feels genuinely taken care of.

You'll carry a portfolio of partners across industries. You'll know their goals, their timelines, and their preferences. You'll be the person they call when something comes up — and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks before they have to.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role requires someone who can run a clean process and build a real relationship at the same time. The operational and the interpersonal are equally important here.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end fulfillment for a portfolio of Summit partners — timelines, assets, deliverables, and all the coordination in between.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners throughout the year, not just during Summit season.
  • Review contracts and translate them into accurate, custom partner timelines; keep those timelines current as milestones are hit.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Event Ops, and Finance to make sure every partner commitment is met — signage, app listings, session placements, payments, the works.
  • Facilitate pre-Summit partner information sessions to prepare partners for what's ahead and set clear expectations on logistics and deliverables.
  • Audit Summit event materials — app, website, signage, print — to confirm every partner obligation has been met.
  • Deliver partner recap presentations after each Summit, accurate and built to support the renewal conversation.
  • Manage partner data accurately across our systems — Airtable, HubSpot, and others.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships and flag them to the team.
  • Additional responsibilities, as required.
