Partner Success Executive – Cloud Team

Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware, and Billing through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms, and Cloud products so they can deliver brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.

We’re seeking a Partner Success Executive to join our Cloud, Comms & Connectivity team, focusing on supporting our partners’ Cloud-related needs.


About the Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our partners, ensuring seamless support, guidance, and exceptional service across our communications and Cloud solutions.

  • Support partners in maximising our communications and Cloud offerings
  • Provide proactive advice, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations

Key Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Support

  • Own inbound and outbound partner queries end-to-end, resolving issues with readiness and clarity
  • Proactively engage partners to explore our Cloud solutions, products, and services
  • Deliver tailored support, demos, and guidance to help partners succeed

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Work closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams (Sales, Provisioning, Service Desk) to resolve number porting, renewals, and upgrades
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all partner interactions and account details are up to date
  • Lead partner training and upskilling, including live demonstrations of Giacom’s Cloud Marketplace

Customer Support Deliveries

  • Provide 24/7 customer support across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Escalate critical issues as needed and ensure quick, positive resolutions

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional approach -Experience in ** customer support or sales**—preferably in a fast-paced environmentsuch as telecoms, IT, or tech
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Desirable

  • Previous experience in telecommunications (comms/cloud/connectivity) services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Resources with partner enablement and up-sell/cross-sell strategies
