Partner Success Executive – Cloud (Mutex – A Giacom Company)
Giacom, the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform, connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms, and Cloud products—helping them build brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We’re recruiting a Partner Success Executive to join our Cloud, Comms & Connectivity team, supporting the Cloud arm of our business. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and guidance across our communications products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own partner queries end-to-end, delivering timely and accurate resolutions
- Provide proactive outreach, helping partners navigate our products and services
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers on number porting, renewals, and upgrades
- Offer customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring consistent service excellence
- Maintain CRM accuracy and perform routine account maintenance tasks
- Train and upskill partners with Cloud Market demonstrations and product guidance
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Provisioning, Service Desk) to resolve operational issues

What You’ll Bring
✅ Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with a professional yet friendly approach ✅ Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment ✅ The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word) ✅ A positive, proactive mindset and high attention to detail
