Partner Success Manager – Microsoft Ecosystem
Remote-Based Role (Hampshire)

About the Role
Are you passionate about business growth through Microsoft technologies? Do you enjoy building long-term relationships with partners while driving adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud technologies, and AI? This consultative and commercially focused opportunity is for you: you’ll act as a trusted advisor to Microsoft partners, helping them maximise value, overcome challenges, and transform their businesses.
As Partner Success Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with partners—ranging from industry startups to Enterprise-level organisations—to create tailored strategic growth plans, accelerate adoption, and foster thriving commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Support
- Manage a portfolio of Microsoft partners, customising engagement based on their maturity and growth goals.
- Develop data-driven account plans with measurable outcomes.

Partnership Growth & Commercial Guidance
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with business leaders, directors, and decision-makers.
- Advise on business growth, operational efficiencies, and market opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

AI & Cloud Technology Adoption
- Support partners in AI strategy, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business transformation.
- Drive adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cloud-based solutions.

Revenue & Programme Success
- Identify new revenue streams in licensing, managed services, professional sales, and partner programmatic benefits.
- Forecast and align partners with value-added services (e.g., AI, CRM optimisation, ERP consulting).

Strategic Workshops & Collaboration
- Facilitate business reviews, workshops, and strategic-focused sessions.
- Partner with internal teams (technical, commercial) to ensure seamless support for partners.
- Represent partners internally while maintaining superior customer experience.
About You
This is ideal for commercially astute, relationship-driven professionals eager to help partners succeed.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with expertise in:
- Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, ERP, or CRM).
- Microsoft licensing & cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365/C customer insights).
- Track record of developing strategic account plans and driving execution.
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills—ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate funding/conlict resolution.
- Technical & presentation finesse: Design, create, deliver, and facilitate workshops, townhalls, and account reviews.
- Proven ability to analyse business performance and turn insights into practical, value-driven strategies.
- Emerging tech awareness: Understanding of Microsoft AI technologies (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) and AI business value.
