Senior Partner Success Manager
Reports to: Vice President, Partner and Customer Account Management Location: Remote (UK-based) Compensation: £47,600 base + up to £59,500 OTE, including equity
About the Role
Huntress is scaling its post-sale Partner Success function and is hiring its first Partner Success Manager. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll expand our partner relationships, drive adoption, reduce churn, and ensure partners succeed with cybersecurity solutions via the Huntress platform.
Your success will be measured by partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion, working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to design winning strategies. This is a critical role in strategic growth and partner empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of partners (several hundred) to grow revenue, reduce churn, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor—collaborate with partners to deliver bespoke solutions that boost customer satisfaction and partner adoption.
- Build deep, multi-contact relationships within assigned partner organisations.
- Work cross-functionally to develop engagement strategies, training initiatives, and go-to-market tactics tailored to partners’ needs.
- Measure and report on partner health metrics, driving continuous improvement in retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

Prerequisites & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, preferably in sales, customer success, or channel partnerships.
- Knowledge of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector, with a preference for cybersecurity exposure.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, adaptable to a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balance a large stakeholder base, and deliver measurable results.
- Bias towards action: self-driven, results-focused, with a track record of executing complex initiatives.
