Partner Success Manager

We focus on providing MSPs with fundamental tools and technology they need to manage Microsoft Security policies for multiple tenants in a simple and effective way. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! About the Role As an Partner Success Manager you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with our MSP partners across EMEA. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clients are supported, engaged and seeing measurable value from our platform. This is a high-impact role where your ability to understand client needs, drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities will directly influence our continued success in the region. What you’ll be doing Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of MSP clients, ensuring they achieve optimal value from our platform Identify upsell and renewal opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with inforcer’s solutions Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding Champion the voice of the customer internally, relaying insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help improve our platform Use data and account health indicators to proactively engage with clients, identify risks and drive adoption Help clients get the most from the platform by developing and guiding account plans aligned with their objectives Cross collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience Support customer adoption and retention with workshops and training, both in person and virtually What We Can Offer You Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary, benefits and commission package You Time: Competitive annual leave allowance and an increasing holiday allowance based on length of service Birthdays & Anniversaries: We celebrate milestones with you and offer a day off for your birthday every year. Such as continuous learning opportunities, professional training programs, and career advancement paths Inclusive Environment: A supportive and inclusive workplace that values diversity and encourages collaboration and innovation Employee Recognition: Programs to recognise and reward employees for their contributions and achievements Skills We Need for This Role Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing role, ideally in B2B or SaaS Previous experience working in a high growth startup or scales up is high beneficial Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships Commercially minded with confidence in identifying growth and renewal opportunities Highly organised and self-driven, capable of managing multiple client relationships at once Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and working across teams Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Microsoft M365 or MSP’s is a plus but not essential Don’t quite have all of these skills?
