Location: Fitzrovia, London
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00 – office based with 1 optional WFH day
Salary: £32,000 + bonus
About the Role
If you enjoy classic administrative tasks but also love using technology to streamline your work, this role offers the perfect mix. You will support two partners, assist with statutory filings (full training provided), manage communications, and help keep the department running smoothly. This is a full-time, office-based role with one optional WFH day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting two partners with email management, diary coordination, document preparation and general administrative tasks
- Drafting, formatting and preparing letters, documents, invoices and reports
- Assisting with statutory filings (full training provided)
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate and organised digital filing systems
- Supporting internal communication and coordination within the team

About You
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or support role (ideally within a professional services firm such as accountants or lawyers)
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and interested in using digital tools to improve efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- Adaptable team player who enjoys contributing new ideas
