Partner Support Agent โ Hybrid Role based in Manchester

Manchester HQ in Piccadilly Gardens with 3-4 days remote work per week.

Working Style
- Hybrid model: 3-4 days remote, base in Piccadilly Gardens office
- Weekend availability: One rota weekend per month (Sat: 10:00โ18:00, Sun: 10:00โ16:00)

Role Overview
Youโll be the primary point of contact for our dealers and brokers, guiding applications through financing, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end customer experience. This fast-paced, varied role demands relationship-building, collaboration, and impeccable serviceโideal if you thrive on variety and helping others.
๐ Your Responsibilities
- Application Ownership: Lead applications from submission to payout, ensuring all documentation is complete and processed efficiently
- Customer & Dealer Support: Act as the go-to contact for dealers/brokers, providing clear updates on progress, approvals, and declines
- Multi-Channel Service: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal systems
- Problem-Solving: Support dealers throughout the journey, resolving queries and obstacles collaboratively with internal teams
- Escalation & Resolution: Identify and escalate application issues to drive positive outcomes for customers
- Document Process: Manage e-signatures and income proofs, ensuring seamless compliance and customer experience
- Queue Management: Monitor sales queues/inboxes, ensuring timely, accurate actions comply with SLA targets
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to prioritise urgent deals, chase follow-ups, and facilitate smooth deal progression or unwinds
