Partner, Executive Search ICP | Modern Sports Search Brighton, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid) Retained & Exclusive | Global Opportunities
2026 is a milestone year for us — our 25th anniversary — and we're using it as a launchpad for our next chapter. To do that well, we need the right person alongside us. Someone who loves the commercial side of search, builds relationships that last and genuinely cares about the work they do and the people they do it with.
We're a small, close-knit team and that's very much by design. We'd rather do fewer things exceptionally well than spread ourselves thin. If that resonates with you, please read on.
What the Role Is This is a Partner-level position. Working as part of the senior team, you'll lead on new business, own client relationships, and work closely with the rest of the ICP team to drive revenue across our practice areas. You'll also play a hands-on role in supporting our international growth. We're opening our first international office in Australia in 2027, and this person will be central to helping us get there and making it a success.
We increasingly work across six areas:
Clubs, Leagues & Federations — Leadership and specialist talent across professional sport's governing and competitive structures Sporting, Performance & Medical — High-performance, coaching, sports science and medical appointments Venues, Events & Live Experience — Operational, commercial and creative leadership across live sport Media, Content & Fan Platforms — Broadcast, streaming, production, rights, and digital fan engagement Technology, Data & Innovation — Sports tech, data and analytics, performance technology and software Women's Sport — A dedicated vertical spanning all five areas, reflecting our genuine, long-term commitment to the growth of women's sport globally

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
