Partnering Branch Manager at Huws Gray Birmingham
We are looking for a Partnering Branch Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Birmingham!
Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, and we have a mix of stock in all of our partnering sites to support them with projects in their areas. Our stores ensure they get what they need, on time, every time.
We rely on our Partnering Branch Managers to run a small team that ensures the customer requirements are met and the right products are supplied. Working in our Huws Gray Partnering Stores means that you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Here’s a Quick Overview Of Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Do As a Partnering Branch Manager With Huws Gray
- Building working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements
- Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customer
- Motivating the team to achieve their targets
- Making competent commercial decisions in line with Senior Management
- Make sure the branch is compliant with legislation and company policy
- Controlling the stock within the Partnering Store, including maintaining the stock records
