- Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role
Lansdown Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Partnership Account Executive to join our Cheltenham office.
As a Partnership Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind exceptional client service, working at the heart of our Partnership Team at Lansdown. You’ll take ownership of developing and strengthening relationships with our Property Manager Agent accounts, ensuring every interaction reflects our right first time approach to customer experience.
You will be self-motivated and have the ambition, drive, and tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment. Your proficient understanding of the UK commercial insurance market will enable you to guide our clients with confidence, anticipate their needs, and ultimately deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the development, negotiation, and conversion of property insurance opportunities, delivering profitable business aligned with strategic and growth objectives
- Strengthen partnership accounts through regular face-to-face engagement, offsite meetings, and proactive communication that supports Lansdown’s “right first time” approach
- Manage and nurture commercial and residential property agent accounts, ensuring excellent client service to support retention and new business targets
- Represent the business at key exhibitions and networking events, maintaining up-to-date sector insight while uncovering new business opportunities
- Operate confidently within regulatory frameworks, identifying and escalating risks in line with company and FCA procedures

What you’ll need to have
- Strong background in commercial insurance with hands-on experience managing commercial and residential property portfolios
- Proven success in generating new business, expanding existing books, and consistently delivering against sales targets
- Skilled at building trusted relationships with clients, agents, and insurers through regular face-to-face, phone, and written communication
- Flexible and dependable under pressure, managing workload effectively while contributing positively within a team and adapting to evolving business needs
