Partnership Administrator
The Partnership Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining a high-performing network of partner garages. This role acts as a key point of contact for network members and partners, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and accurate administration of the network.
About You
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Network Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for network garages, handling queries related to subscriptions and membership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
- Process new garage applications, renewals, and terminations in line with business requirements.
- Maintain and manage the network database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity at all times.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including:
- Marketing: ensure all marketing materials (digital and print) are up to date and support content creation for newsletters and communications.
- Finance: support subscription collection, commission payments, and supplier payments in line with contractual agreements.
- Operations: coordinate communications across branches and regions regarding network updates and activity.

Events & Engagement
- Plan, organise and coordinate network events such as training sessions, regional meetings and partner engagement activities.
Administration & Systems
- Carry out general administrative duties including document management and filing.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage data, reporting and communication effectively.
Additional Duties
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the line manager.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
