Partnership Associate at United Media (Private Equity)

Location: London, UK (Buckingham Gate HQ) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (onsite) Contract Type: Full-time Flexible Start Date available

We’re seeking an exceptional Partnership Associate to excel in sponsorship sales within our fast-growing media and conferencing company. Ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high responsibility and huge growth potential.

Core Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, with key tasks including:

  • Prospecting: Finding and initiating contact with potential sponsors.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Presenting tailored proposals.
    • Delivering high-quality pitches.
    • Closing deals to meet sponsorship targets.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Ensuring alignment between sponsors and commitments.
    • Building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Representing United Media at public events.

Requirements

We’re looking for a candidate with:

Essential

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic performance.
  • Exceptional work ethic: Your results are prized—commitment to excellence is key.
  • A high sense of urgency and relentless drive to outperform.
  • Strong sales experience in B2B, B2C, sponsorship, or media sales sectors.
  • A UK work permit/right to work.
  • Proactive attitude: Own your responsibilities and follow through relentlessly.
  • Humility and collaboration skills—you’ll work closely with small, entrepreneurs-focused teams.
