Role Description

We are looking for a Partnership & Business Development Director to help grow Kael Tripton’s advertising, advertorial, sponsored content and brand collaboration opportunities across the UK and international markets.

The role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills, advertiser relationships, media sales experience or the ability to connect with brands, agencies, financial service providers, professional firms and businesses looking to reach decision-ready audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential advertisers, sponsors and commercial partners
  • Promote Kael Tripton’s advertorial, sponsored content and digital media products
  • Build partnerships with brands, agencies, financial firms, service providers and businesses
  • Develop new business opportunities across the UK and global markets
  • Manage client conversations, proposals and commercial follow-ups
  • Support revenue growth through advertising, publishing and collaboration deals
  • Represent Kael Tripton professionally as a trusted digital media platform

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, media sales, advertising or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and generate new commercial opportunities
  • Understanding of digital media, content marketing, advertorials or online publishing
  • Existing contacts with advertisers, brands, agencies or professional service firms would be an advantage
  • Comfortable working remotely and across international markets
