Job Opportunity: Contract & Partnerships Manager – Social Housing Sector
About Our Client
Our client is an established, boutique software and SaaS provider, delivering bespoke IT services to the UK public sector and social housing space. Their mission is to drive impactful, purpose-driven tech solutions that help local government and housing organisations optimise operations and community support services.
The company manages high-value software and service contracts across the UK, collaborating closely with local authorities, central government departments, and housing associations.
The Role
- Salary: £55,000 per annum + negotiable OTE option
- Term: Initial 2-year contract with strong potential for extension
- Location: Remote / Hybrid working arrangements (UK-based)
- Career Growth: Individual contributor role with the potential to manage up to 4 staff members as the business scales

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Proactively review and manage a portfolio of ~100 housing software and service contracts, ensuring financial performance optimisation and maximising client retention.
- Bids & Tenders: Support and lead the development of competitive public sector bids, proposals, and quotes in the housing sector.
- Framework Management: Maintain and promote the company’s presence on major public procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS).
- Partnerships: Commercialise existing partnerships and develop new strategic relationships to drive revenue growth across housing product lines.

Requirements
- Housing Sector Experience: Proven knowledge of the UK social housing environment and exposure to key housing IT systems (e.g., choice-based lettings, housing registers, homelessness software).
- Commercial Background: Strong experience in one or more of the following:
- Contract management
- Partnership development
- Account management
- Public sector bid coordination
- Security Clearance (SC): Must be a UK citizen currently living in the UK to obtain mandatory security clearance (for central government contracts).
- Values Alignment: Strong commitment to the social ethics and values of a non-profit organisation.
