Partnerships Coordinator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum

Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Commercial team at KIMS Hospital.

As Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and growth of our third-party partnerships. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you will help coordinate day-to-day relationship activity, support new business development initiatives, and ensure an exceptional level of service for partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within healthcare partnerships and business development.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the management and development of existing partnerships Assisting with identifying, researching and progressing new business opportunities Acting as a day-to-day contact for partner enquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses Coordinating bookings, referrals and service access for partner organisations Supporting the creation of proposals, presentations and partnership materials Coordinating partner engagement events, including logistics and follow-up activity

What We're Looking For

Essential Criteria

Experience in an administrative, coordination or customer-facing role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

Experience within a healthcare, sports, partnerships or membership-based environment Exposure to sales, account management or business development activities
