Partnership Development Manager

Partnership Development Manager - UK-wide

ISCA Recruitment is delighted to support our client in their search for a Partnership Development Manager, a critical role focused on driving strategic growth through high-value distribution partnerships.


The Opportunity

This exciting role offers a commercially minded relationship-builder to:

  • Shape propositions
  • Create opportunities
  • Influence senior stakeholders

You will take ownership of identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships, expanding the client’s distribution footprint while strengthening their intermediary network.

As well as overseeing existing relationships, the role demands proactive new business generation across the UK. Think of it as a blend of field-based sell and strategic partnership development, requiring a consistently entrepreneurial approach to uncovering and converting opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure high-potential partners to introduce products to new, scalable customer bases
  • Expand and strengthen the intermediary distribution network
  • Source and onboard value-added service providers that enhance product propositions
  • Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partnership activity
  • Represent the business confidently at senior-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for an experienced sales professional or B2B business developer with proven expertise in partnership development.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker with initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Field-based role experience, managing workload independently
  • Strong communication skills to influence & negotiate senior stakeholders
  • Proactive networker with energy, resilience, and opportunity awareness
  • Full UK driving licence with ability to travel UK-wide
  • Ideally based in the South West / M5 corridor (for regular head office visits)
