Our Client:

Our Client, IDR Law, is the UK's only law firm specialising exclusively in contentious probate; and they're growing fast. With offices in Harrogate, Manchester and London, they are expanding their Partnerships team to strengthen and support our network of over 2,000 professional referrers.

They're looking for a Partnerships Executive to join the team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships. This is a hands-on, varied support role, not a senior strategic or corporate account management position. You'll play an important part in the day-to-day work of building and maintaining referrer relationships, keeping things organised, and supporting the wider team to focus on higher-level strategy and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of professional referrers; solicitors, will writers, estate planners, financial advisers and more
  • Following up new enquiries and onboarding new members to the referrer network
  • Keeping in regular contact with existing referrers, and re-engaging dormant ones
  • Coordinating onboarding, training sessions and webinars for referrers
  • Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot and supporting reporting on referrer engagement and activity
  • Preparing meeting packs, briefing notes and supporting day-to-day Partnerships activity
  • Working closely with Marketing on referrer campaigns and communications

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
