Digi Reach is a performance marketing company that connects advertisers with over 200 publishers, including tier 1 brands such as The Sun, Daily Mail, Sky TV, and PetrolPrices, as well as influencers and media buyers. The company focuses on driving affiliate growth, lead generation, and digital customer acquisition for its clients. Digi Reach works on commission directly with publishers, allowing services to remain free of charge for advertisers. This independent model supports an unbiased approach to growth and enables customized, results-driven campaigns. The team is dedicated to helping organizations accelerate their growth plans through targeted digital partnerships.
Role Description
The Partnership Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Guildford. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with publishers, advertisers, and other strategic partners to expand Digi Reach’s network and campaign reach. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Prospecting and onboarding new partners
- Managing ongoing partner communications
- Negotiating commercial terms
- Monitoring campaign performance to ensure targets are met

The Partnership Executive will collaborate with internal marketing and account management teams to align partner activity with client objectives, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to new partnership strategies. The role also involves attending relevant industry events and meetings to represent Digi Reach and support business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in partnership development, account management, and relationship building with external stakeholders.
- Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising, with an understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple partnerships, contracts, and projects concurrently.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced commercial environment, with a goal-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in media, advertising, or publisher-side roles is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
